Fully Customised Online Fitness Programming

Custom Fitness Membership is delivered via my coaching portal app. No cookie-cutter workouts. Your program is fully customised to your individual needs and goals, programmed to suit the equipment you have available at home or in your gym.

 

Exercises are complete with short videos and written instructions. Log your workouts, reps, sets, times, etc.
 

4-Weekly subscription. New Workouts updated every 4 weeks so you keep progressing.

Inclusions: 

  • Access to me via App Chat during my business hours to ask questions or to request an exercise modification. Ability to send your exercise video for technique check up. 

  • Through the App, you have access to record food journal, macros, and metrics such as weight, body fat, steps, measurements, Resting HR, water intake. Upload private progress photos to visualise your improvements. 

  • Connect and sync through Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, MFP, Cronometer, so you can keep all your information in one app. 

  • A 4-Weekly Review in-App to review your progress and program, so you can keep getting results, no matter what's going on in your life

  • Weekly follow up via App Chat to review your progress, goals, successes, etc. 

  • 12-WEEK MINIMUM COMMITMENT then cancel any time with 7 Days' notice.

Fitness programs delivered via my online training App. Programs include progressive training through from getting started to advanced training to suit your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, leaner, fitter, jacked, or train for your epic adventure, this is for you. â€‹â€‹

  • Connect and sync through Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, MFP, or Cronometer so you have all your information in one App. 

  • 8-WEEK MINIMUM COMMITMENT then cancel at any time with 7 Days' notice.
